Our home has been lovingly renovated with:

All of these upgrades for comfort while maintaining its original cottage charm!

Our cottage includes a detached bonus space equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, sofa bed, pub table with 8 chairs, and a cabinet full of games for game night! With windows and sliders on all sides, it is the perfect indoor/outdoor space to enjoy lake life.

Leavitt Beach, and all Meredith beaches, are usually reserved for residents only since you need a parking permit to park at all town beaches. However, our guests have easy access as our cottage is only a 2 minute walk away. No permit is required for walking to the beach. 

When the water levels are high, use the onsite canoe or your own kayak to paddle right from the cottage out to Lake Winnipesaukee via the water inlet on property! Note: this feature is not guaranteed. Water level can vary greatly depending on Mother Nature.

Our location is ideally suited when visiting downtown Meredith. Five minute drive to downtown and Mills Falls Church Landing, three minutes to Center Harbor. Ideal location if you are attending a wedding nearby. If you have never checked out Moulton Farms, only one mile down the road, you must! Their produce is so fresh and mostly grown right on site. They bring in local dairy (try the chocolate milk!). Sal from Sal's Seafood will bend over backwards for his customers. And of course, do not leave without a bag of hot Cider Bellies donuts!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
